Spirit of Giving

The Foundation is pleased to present this year’s Spirit of Giving. This year we are highlighting two funds, one celebrating an anniversary and one with a year-end match.

Beyond those featured, there are several hundred funds benefitting students, organizations and the community on our website. We invite you to view all the funds of the Foundation and interest areas.

Featured Funds

Brighter Tomorrows Fund

A fund for the youth of Hancock County

Every child in our community deserves a Brighter Tomorrow. Thanks to an anonymous donor, The Community Foundation created the Brighter Tomorrows Fund. The Brighter Tomorrows Fund is a field of interest fund that will award grants based on the needs of youth in our community.

Your investment in Brighter Tomorrows is an investment in our children, family, neighbors and friends. Your support is needed to achieve the $300,000 goal for the Brighter Tomorrows campaign. In honor of the Foundation’s 30th anniversary, there is a $30,000 match for gifts to the Brighter Tomorrows Fund from now until the end of 2022.

Give to any of the Foundation's funds in honor or in memory of a loved one this holiday season. Select any fund and check "Donation in Memory or Honor" at checkout. The Foundation will then notify the person of your choosing.
