Nonprofit Leadership Through Peer Group Experience
May 15, 8:30 a.m. - 12 p.m.
at The Community Foundation
Presented by Joel Kessel, Kessel Strategies
Who do you turn to when you need unbiased advice and perspective?
It can be lonely in the leadership seat you sit in at your nonprofit organization, and there are times when a confidential, critical conversation is needed. One that leads to honest perspective for a better, or best, decision and more clarity as a leader. It’s an opportunity for you to share and discuss what you oftentimes can’t with your executive director, co-workers, or anyone else supporting your organization.
Join your fellow area nonprofit leaders in an interactive in-person peer group conversation that will:
- Help you think about how you can make better decisions more quickly and with more confidence through the support of your peers.
- Give you permission to discuss challenges, share ideas, and receive constructive feedback in a confidential, nonjudgmental, and safe space.
- Provide you with a deeper understanding on the power that peers can have on you as a nonprofit leader.
Who should attend:
- This event is solely for nonprofit leaders who are part of a leadership team or serve in a leadership role (non-Executive Director), such as a Director or Vice President in Programs, Development, Marketing, Finance, or Operations.
Executive Directors, to nominate a staff member for this leadership experience, please register here. The session is limited to 12 participants.
