Bill & Nancy Recker

Bill and Nancy Recker have always been involved in Hancock County, but mostly with Hancock County 4-H. They were members themselves, then became advisors. Their children, grandchildren and even great-grandchildren were members, too. Now Bill and Nancy are giving back to the organization that helped make them who they are.
