A community philanthropist involved in many organizations, Tom Donnell has served on boards dealing with economic development, arts, and education. He acted as co-chair of the Steering Committee that established TCF and was on the Finance & Investment Committee from 1997-2023. The Donnell Donor Advised Fund was the first fund of its kind established at TCF.
