Established 2003 This endowed fund is designated to support the operational costs of The Community Foundation. Proceeds of this fund will be used in conjunction with TCF Administrative Funds to support operating costs of the foundation. Board members, volunteers, and staff of TCF established this fund in recognition of Barbara's years of service as the program officer who staffed the L. Dale Dorney Fund and served as the first executive director and president of TCF.
