Established 1995 "Happy to be here in Findlay. I've been here all my life," said Dick Barchent. Dick and Shirley are strong supporters of the community and have both been active in Scouting. Shirley is also busy as the ticket manager for the Hancock County Fair. An employee of McDonald and Company for 30 years, Dick is now an employee of Merrill Lynch. He has provided leadership, particularly in a financial advisory role, to many local area organizations. Dick and their three adult children are all graudates of Findlay High School.
