A permanent Organizational Endowment Fund has been established by Ms. Foster's estate to support agencies of the United Way of Hancock County. This Fund is to support programs and projects of member agencies and is not to be used to support administrative costs of United Way. The United Way's vision is to provide funding for programs and services that address priority community social service needs.
