The M. Margaret Foster Education Fund was established with a gift from the Foster estate. This fund will support projects and programs that improve the quality of classroom education and stimulate student learning in Hancock County. This fund may work in conjunction with the William and Martha Lape Fund or with the Hancock Educational Fund, two funds housed at TCF. an educator for 38 years, Ms. Foster wanted students to have the same opportunities that she had as a student. She recognized that classroom teachers make all the difference in student performance.
