Judy Miller is a native of Tiffin and a graduate of Tiffin Columbian High School. Judy married Don Miller and they have one daughter and five grandchildren. Judy has been vice president of the Roppe Holding Company in Fostoria since 1982. She was also director and co-founder of Fostoria Focus and Findlay Now magazines. Judy has been on the board for the Ritz Theatre, Old Fort Banking Company, and several other community organizations.

Outside of her professional life, Judy enjoys golf, scrapbooking, cooking and baking, and spending the summers on Catawba Island. She received several awards including, Woman of the Year BPW in Fostoria, Crime Prevention Award from the Ohio Crime Prevention Association, Community Service Award from the Fostoria Lions Club.

Judy established this fund to support her charitable giving and improve the quality of life in the Fostoria community.
