Martha Lape established the fund to support innovative initiatives inspired by teachers, staff and administrators of Findlay city Schools. After 15 years, the fund will be restricted to supporting educational programming that impacts students learning in Findlay City Schools. Martha worked for Ohio Bell for 38 years and Bill worked for Marathon Oil Company for 42 years. A hard working professional, Martha created this fund because of her keen interest in the community and the education of its youth.
