Jim and Pat Wall established this fund in memory of their daughter, Debbie, with the proceeds of her estate. The unrestricted fund is given in perpetuity and is therefore a permanent resource for the community. Debbie, too, was a philanthropist. Before her death, she asked her father to make a contribution to the American Cancer Society. In addition, she asked that three co-workers at Marathon Oil receive bequests to help with family finances and education expenses. A generous and caring young woman, they are confident she would approve of this gift to The Community Foundation for the benefit of the community.
