Established 2003 The Arts Partnership transferred its foundation to TCF to reduce the administrative costs of operating its own foundaiton and to streamline the work of the volunteers. The original foundation was established by Elmer Graham in 1989 as a means of supporting operational costs of The Arts Partnership. The mission statement for the Arts Partnership of Greater Hancock County is to provide, encourage and promote quality arts presentations, educational opportunitites and entertainment. This fund supports the operational costs of The Arts Partnership of Greater Hancock County, which provides, encourages and promotes quality arts presentations, educational opportunities, and entertainment.
