The purpose of the Punk and Martha E. Mains Memorial Scholarship is to provide a scholarship to a qualified Findlay High School graduating senior who has financial need and wishes to pursue a post-secondary education.

Standard for Determining Eligibility of Students

This scholarship is dedicated to the well-rounded student who has demonstrated citizenship and who has financial need and wishes to pursue a post-secondary education.

• The applicant must be a Findlay High School graduating senior.
• The applicant will be a full-time freshman at an accredited university or college.
• The applicant must have participated in school and community activities.
• Student achievements and accomplishments are to be considered primary factors in selection.
• The applicant must have maintained a 2.7 GPA or above.
• The applicant must be a citizen of the United States of America.
• The applicant must demonstrate financial need.
• Students who receive full scholarship support from other organizations or institutions will not be considered for this scholarship.
