This fund was established by the Waldman Family in memory of Carol.

Standards for Determining Eligibility

• The applicant must be a graduating senior of Liberty-Benton High School.
• The applicant must be a citizen of the United States of America.
• The applicant must be a resident of Hancock County, OH.
• The applicant must plan to attend an accredited technical school, two- or four-year college/university.
• The applicant must plan to be a full-time or part-time student.
• Financial need is a consideration.
• The student should be able to share a specific challenge they have faced or an example of overcoming adversity in his or her life.
• Any student who receives a full scholarship that includes all the fees normally payable by policy of The Community Foundation will not qualify for this Scholarship.
