Established by the City of Findlay, the purpose of the Fund shall be to support community improvements, including demolition and creation of a downtown park, and other projects within the Hancock County community.
In 2026, the City of Findlay is utilizing gifts to this fund for an America 250 Veterans Mural project in Downtown Findlay. Gifts to this fund will not be used for the Downtown Recreation Area.
