Established 2006 This Fund was established in honor of Tell and Opal Thompson and their son Richard to directly benefit the Blanchard Valley Center. Mr. and Mrs. Thompson were instrumental in establishing Blanchard Valley School and donated the ground on which the school is located today. Mr. Thompson served on the board of Blanchard Valley School. The purpose of the Fund is to support the care, repair, and maintenance of resident facilities at Blanchard Valley Center.
