This fund was established to support the Interim Housing Program (IHP) at Habitat for Humanity of Findlay/Hancock County. The IHP program will transition families into short-term affordable rental housing to redirect those financial resources toward decreasing their debt. The goal of the program is to reduce the family's debt -to-income ratios from 50% to 43% in order to become loan qualified for a Habitat Home of their own. If there is a vacancy in the home that cannot be filled by Habitat applicants Hope House clients will have the opportunity to fulfill the vacancy.
