This donor advised fund, established in memory of Cindy Shoupe-Parke, will provide student and professional development for the Findlay City Schools in the area of social and emotional learning.

Cindy graduated from Findlay High School and then graduated from the University of Kentucky with a degree in History. She later went on to get her master's degree in Education from Bowling Green State University. Cindy retired after teaching for 30 years in Louisville, Kentucky and Findlay. She never considered it work; it was always "going to school". She loved her students and made a major contribution toward molding their lives. In her retirement, she loved her Michigan lake house, her flowers and yard work, dancing, riding her bike, walking her granddog and spending time with her family and friends.
