Established in 2011 This fund was established as a seed fund in memory of B. Ann Brossia by the Community Foundation, her husband, Steve, and children, Libby and Stephen. Ann joined the Community Foundation in March 2010 as the Development Officer. Before joining the Foundation, Ann was the Development and Planned Giving Officer at the University of Findlay from 1998-2010. Formerly she worked for Fifth Third Bank as a Senior Trust Officer. An active community member, Ann volunteered with Camp Fire USA, Zonta Club, First Lutheran Church Endowment Committee, and Habitat for Humanity. She was a member of Hancock Leadership Alumni Association and Handbags That Help women?s giving circle. She received a number of honors including 2011 Hancock Leadership Alumni Association Lifetime Achievement Award, 2009 Findlay Senior High School Alumni of the Year, the 2006 United Way Spotlight Volunteer, and the 2002 Ernest Thompson Seaton Award for Outstanding Creative Contribution to Camp Fire USA Northwest Ohio Council.
