Nonprofit agencies across the country are working to offer not only high-performing initiatives and programs, but also be high-performing organizations with improved systems to support their mission, initiatives, and programs. Findlay and Hancock County nonprofit agencies reflect this trend, and TCF is committed to helping your organization move from good to great.
Change occurs as a process, not as an event. Organizational change does not happen instantaneously because a person or an organization attends a training. The ongoing coaching relationship of the capacity building process allows agencies to learn best practices from regional/national experts, experiment with implementation of the new ideas within their agencies, reflect on the outcomes with the coaches, and continue to refine the process.
In 2019, TCF is offering a number of opportunities for nonprofits to build their capacity. Please click on the links below to register.
