Arlington Local School Scholarship

Arlington Local School is located at 336 South Main Street in Arlington, Ohio. In 2006 the Arlington Local School District established the Arlington School Foundation which created this scholarship endowment fund to further promote the goal of educational excellence for the schools.

Standards for Determining Eligibility of Students

  • Applicant must be a graduating senior from Arlington Local School located in Hancock County.

  • The student who demonstrates a dedication, reliability, initiative, honesty, sincerity, compassion, maturity, community spirit and other such qualities will have priority.

  • The applicant must be enrolled in or accepted for admission as a full-time student in an educational institution that normally maintains a regular faculty and curriculum and normally has a regular organized body of students in attendance in the place where its educational activities are carried on. The institution may include a college, university, technical school, or community college.

  • Applicant must have maintained a minimum 2.5 GPA.

  • Applicant must be a citizen of the United States of America.

  • Financial need must be demonstrated.

  • Applicants receiving full scholarship support from other organizations or institutions will not be considered for this scholarship.
