Hancock
Properties, Inc.
TCF has created a separate nonprofit organization
called a supporting organization (SO) to own the land and building
for The Family Center. The SO is called
Hancock Properties,
and its Board of Directors oversees the management of the building
and its tenants.

Hancock Properties has an independent
Board of Directors responsible for the management, operations, and
maintenance of the building and grounds.

A representative from each
tenant organization has been asked to participate as a member of a
governance committee for the building called the "Tenant Council".
This project is a major endeavor of TCF. We believe a multi-tenant
nonprofit center will be a very important facility for the delivery of
services to the people of our community.
